Popular Post Cfhandyman
A good morning to all on a sunny and beautiful Monday morning here. Delighted to see another Canadian, Taylor Pendrith earn his first victory on the PGA tour, although you have to feel for the runner up, Ben Kohles. That’s a tough way to lose, but hand it to Taylor, he’s battled through a lot of injuries to finally get a win and he played well all week. Had a chance to get my first round in with the L.A.B. Popular Post rkj427
Good morning Spies on a much later start to the day than has been routine for me, but a shout out to @cksurfdude Chuck for providing some advice on not getting up as early as usual. Was a busy weekend, and Sunday being a cooler and rainy afternoon washed out any golf plans for me. This week's weather looks to be cooler and possible rain every other day, but I am hoping/planning to get some range time or a morning round in on a dry day. Hopefully my Motocaddy arrives this week as well, but it seems that Jason's, @StrokerAce model hasn't shipped yet, and we plan to all start testing together. Popular Post GolfSpy_KFT
Good morning spies and happy Monday! Going to be a beautiful day here today in Wisconsin, getting into the low 70s and sunny. Going to hit the range at lunch to continue working on ball striking and then continuing to develop some consistency with driver if time allows. As per my usual, off the tee is killing me to start this early season. Hit quite a few snappy duck hooks Saturday morning. Thinking I'm coming from way too far inside on those with the face slightly closed to path. Baseball practice tonight at 6:30, and this is our last week of practice before we start games next week. The boys had a really good practice last week Wednesday, hoping to build off that today! Also set to arrive tomorrow is my Darkspeed X driver! Popular Post Byrnzee
Good morning spies! Back to the grindstone today after a fun weekend. Was able to get to the range yesterday for some practice. We also went to an F1 bar with some friends to watch the Miami race. One of the best ones this year if I do say so myself! Busy start to the week with work stuff, but off Thursday/Friday as I'm traveling to Asheville, NC for a buddy's bachelor party. Just have to survive the next few days and ride off into the sunset. Popular Post William P
Good Monday morning Spies! Beautiful day on the horizon here at the Beach and a final 9 later this afternoon to wind down the trip before departing tomorrow. Popular Post EnderinAZ
Good morning spies! Woohoo I get to golf today!!! The range practice these last three days shows that my swing did not deteriorate as badly as it normally does from a near 6-week layoff. Thank you LagShot. Going to get up around 85 with light winds for the walk around the course. Will be putting the MGI Zip Navigator away toward the end of the month when temps crawl up into the upper 90s. I can't carry enough water between water stops when it gets that hot. But for now, careful lifting will get my trolly and bag in and out of my golf cart on my assigned hole so I can walk. @Dead Solid Bogey Glad you enjoyed a few holes, and I hope they were relatively pain free. cksurfdude, Dead Solid Bogey, Cfhandyman and 13 others 14 2 Quote Driver Sim Max2 Hybrids G430 2, 3, 4 Irons ZX4 6-PW Wedges Hi-Toe 50, 54, 58 Putter 2Ball Ten ArmLock Golf cart MGI Zip Navigator

Popular Post Reggie M
Good morning spies, the weekend is over. Saturday was all rain no golf but then Sunday arrived the rain receded. Our group got out and played 27 holes of beautiful golf in the Shenandoah Valley on Sunday morning and afternoon. We had a group of 16 teams that were randomly selected and the bets were flying. I had a fairly good day shot 38 on the front nine but had a few putting wows on the back 9 and three putted a couple holes and shot 39. Our team didn’t win any team bets. The third nine was better our team took all the bets one of our guys went crazy and shot 34. Now a new week starts so it’s off to the range today. I had Better go out and find a putting green and work on some putts we have a trip to Pinehurst coming up in 2 weeks. I hope everybody had a good weekend and look forward to the upcoming week and more golf. Hopefully the weather gets better. Popular Post Shrek74
Good morning, Spies!Today is a mixed day. On the one had, I made it through another year. On the other, it’s the big 5-0. I think we all have an idea what that means, and the emotions/reflection involved.I’m many ways, I’ve had a blessed life. Lived in many wonderful places. Worked for some great companies. Made enough money to have nice homes, nice cars, and set up my retirement for that hopeful early exit around 62. Not to mention played plenty of golf over the past 35 years (and go to the MGS Forum trip in a few weeks). But it’s also been a bit of a lonely existence. Never married, no kids, just my parents, sister, and nephews. Up until now, they’ve always been far away based on where I was working/living. Luckily, I live 4.8 miles from my folks now, and about a 4.5 hr drive from my sister and nephews. So I’m trying to take advantage of being closer to family, but it’s still a lonely life. But that’s just how it is, I guess. I still have hope, but admittedly that hope has begun to fade a little.Ultimately, it’s just another day. I’ll make it through as I usually do, although there will be cookies today. :-)Everyone have a wonderful Monday!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk tdroma98, Steve F, cksurfdude and 15 others 15 3 Quote In My Sun Mountain C-130 'merica Cart Bag: Driver: BRNR Mini Driver, 11.5*, Stiff HZRDUS Smoke Blue RDX, 60g Fairway: 949x 3w, 15*, Stiff HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX, 70g Fairway: 949x 5w, 18*, Stiff HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX, 70g Hybrid: 939x 4H (21*), Stiff HZRDUS Smoke Black, 90g Irons: 101's, 5-PW, DG120 S300 Wedges: 286 @ 50*, JBFG @ 54* & 60*, DG120 S300 Putter: 002 Mid-Mallet @ 35", Super Stroke Pistol GT 2.0, Desert Camo Ball: Tour & Testing Vero X1 Technology: H4 w/ Tags, Pro L2 Rangefinder

I always ask the group that I'm playing with if it's with new people, but honestly for the most part, it seems that ready golf is the way around here recently! Great article! On the other, it’s the big 5-0. I think we all have an idea what that means, and the emotions/reflection involved. I’m many ways, I’ve had a blessed life. I still have hope, but admittedly that hope has begun to fade a little. Ultimately, it’s just another day. I’ll make it through as I usually do, although there will be cookies today. Everyone have a wonderful Monday! Sometimes it's staring right at you, and sometimes it's waiting to be discovered. Keep searching, and when you are ready, it will reveal itself. Happy 5-0 !!! I agree with @Rob Person's sentiment: you have to look at it as you're blessed to have been able to live life on your terms, and yes, there is someone out there! You never know! "Keep searching, and when you are ready, it will reveal itself." Couldn't have said it better!
