Spaced out tee times, all inclusive cost structure where once you pay your greens fee it covers all on course F&B, and they have on-site lodging. I believe it’s $325/round. SV is definitely more expensive, but the views there… and the golf from what I’ve heard is top notch. I played the short course a few weeks ago on a buddies trip and it was the most fun I’ve ever had on a golf course. I've heard nothing but good things about MB, but I believe the goal is to have it in a different locale (vs Mid-Atlantic again) so that it's more central and/or a different scene (PNW/AZ/MidWest, etc).
