So it's taco-"Wednesday" here at the Apologist household and the Chef (er, me ) enjoys a beer or two along with a sip of some fine 100% Agave Tequila while preparing this particular meal for the whole Fam-Dam. I only had a couple of fingers of this left, which is pretty good stuff by its own...maybe not my favorite, but good 'nuf... Annnnnnd, it was dead before even the meat was started..! So I was "forced" to deal with this swill... I-God!!! Terrible stuff! How can they even possibly call this C$%P Tequila??!! It is literally "bottom shelf" stuff here at our State-run liquor stores and it literally deserves that billing...It has all the correct chemical properties (and taste) of turpentine….YECCCCCHHHH! We did the whole thing in 4.5 hours. Onions, potatoes, red beets, 5 varieties of peppers, corn, cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, cucumbers, green beans and cantaloupe. I think we went through 2 cases of beer...lol.
