Maxfli tour golf balls current sale price

If you bought a 4 dozen box of Maxfli tour X balls on Black Friday from Dicks, you would have paid $99 plus tax. The current sale price is $119, which was the retail price in November 2023. I guess a lot of gofers have switched to Maxfli and Golf Galaxy is reaping the supply/demand rewards.

Maybe that, and/or maybe the cost of their manufacturing inputs .. eg materials, labor, shipping, etc .. have gone up since then..?

Regular retail of $40 per dozen ($160 for the 4 dozen pack) has remained unchanged from last year, but these are almost always on sale which clouds the actual intended price points (generally 2 for $70 or 4 for $120, the 4 for $99.98 late last year was not the norm).

This time of year is not generally a time for sales, but my guess is that DSG is trying to compete with some of the new release buzz from the big OEMs.

They will eventually follow the supply and demand model as it relates to pricing; if that hasn't already been reached.  I'm guessing they were a bit on the underpriced side during the first couple of years in the market.

I really wish they'd sell the Maxfli Tour series in the 4-dozen boxes in Yellow!!  I've tried asking the store if I could just buy 4 dozen of the Yellow Tour balls at the 'bulk price'.  Nope...

Get them while you can... they've signed Lexi Thompson (and are paying her) and are running ads with her on Golf Channel along with increased spots during LPGA/LET events. I'm sure there will be more endorsement deals too and the balls will get priced into the "ProV1" stratosphere...

If you order four dozen of the yellow Maxfli Tour balls online at Golf Galaxy or Dick, when you go your cart, it will discount the total to $119.96 or actually $0.02 less than the four-dozen pack price.

This is what kept me from jumping on the deal. I'm a recent convert to high viz balls (Vice Pro Plus lime), and it's been a massive help for me in sighting shots.
