Aldila Tour Green

Anyone hit this shaft? According to specs, should be about right for my spin/launch. I am currently playing the SLDR with the AD BB6 S and while it gives me the distance, I can't hit it consistently straight to save my life. I traded my Rocketbladez Tour irons on TGW this norning towards the 913 D2 8.5 with the tour green. I'm gonna play a few rounds with it and see the difference in distance. I was playing the 9.5 D2 last year before I got my nike but the club ho in me sold it and regretted it. Not giving up on the SLDR but I'm curious to see the difference in results.

I was fitted for the tour blue earlier in the year. It's been a big help distance wise on my drives, I am hitting the ball somewhat straighter, but I would attribute that to the 1/2 inch that was cut off vs the shaft itself.

I hit the green but it went too low for me so I ended up in the blue. So far it's working for me!

Have the Tour Green in both my X2 Hot Driver and 2Deep FW wood - very high marks. They are as advertised - lower spin/lower launch - which is what I needed. At my driver fitting spin #'s were much lower compared to the SLDR with the stock shaft, and the 2Deep with that shaft is just a bomber. Dandy shafts!
