downlowkey I am located on the Galveston Bay!

My family still has a house at Jamaica Beach on the West end of the island. Growing up I spent most of my Summers there; fishing for reds, trout and flounder (mostly caught hardheads). I was also one of those nuts surfing tanker wakes in East Galveston bay.

My family has a house in Pirates Cove. The house is a block from the country club but I'll play Moody Gardens any day of the week. I love that course. Pretty good price if you're a resident. Holes 10-13 with a 15-20 mph south wind are the toughest in the area.
