I wanted to share with you a Custom MACHINE Putter that was just completed for a customer.

 

This MACHINE features a 303 Stainless M2A Converter Head with a 303 Stainless Heavy Blade Back Flange and a 303 Stainless Plumber Neck. The Face Milling is our Thread Milled Grooves Face Milling.

 

The Head, Neck and Flange have been finished in our Morning Dew Satin Finish.

Hey Guys,

 

I wanted to share with you some more pics of another Custom MACHINE Work in Progress.

 

This MACHINE features a Custom 303 Stainless M10 Adjuster Head with a 303 Stainless Fluted Hand Bent Hosel.

 

This MACHINE has also received Custom Hand Hammered Peening on the Head and a Custom Damascus Cavity Medallion.

 

Next up for this MACHINE is to weld the hosel to the head and do a final clean up of the weld and head

I hope everyone is having a great day. We're almost to the weekend!

 

I wanted to share with you some more Custom MACHINE Work In Progress Pictures.

 

This MACHINE features a Custom Damascus Steel M10 Adjuster Head with a Billet Copper Insert and a Custom Damascus Steel Full Slant Half Offset Plumber Neck. The Face Milling on this MACHINE is our Thread Milled Groove Face Milling Option.

 

These photo's were taken after Dave did several layers of etching by hand to really bring out the grain in the Damascus. Once the Head and Neck cure's, Dave will apply a Custom Hand Bluing for a Antique Gunmetal Finish.

 

Not much longer now and she will be complete

Hey Guys,

 

 

We've made it to Friday! I wanted to share with you something new that Dave has come up with

 

The Flange on this MACHINE is a Prototype that we are calling the Deep Bite Bongo Cut. We milled this flange as a prototype before we mill the customers actual flange out of Billet Copper. This new design saves approx. 25% over our previous design

 

This MACHINE will consist of the Billet Copper M4 Meritage Head as seen in the pictures with a Dot Pill Cut Long Neck Plumber Neck The Pill cuts in the neck really go along with the pill cuts in the flange.

This is a Custom 5.0 M1A Adjuster with a 303 Stainless Head and a 303 Stainless Drill Here Plumber Neck. This MACHINE also features a Custom Thick Face with No Pill Cut Cavity and a Custom Sound Slot

 

This MACHINE will be getting Custom Stamping in the Cavity and then will be finished in a Custom Dark Rainbow Torch Finish on the Head and Neck

This MACHINE features a 303 Stainless M1A Fixer Head and a 303 Stainless Fluted Hand Bent Hosel. The head has Custom Pill Cuts milled into the sole to reduce the Head Weight. The Medallion is a Custom Engraved Damascus Steel Medallion

 

Next up for this MACHINE is for Dave to Apply a Custom Torch Finish on the Head, Neck and Medallion

This MACHINE Features a Custom 303 Stainless M110 Adjuster Head with a 303 Stainless Welded Hand Bent Hosel and a Custom Damascus Steel Medallion. The Head has also been given Custom Hand Hammered Peening.

 

On the Finish, Dave applied 2 Different Custom Torch FInishes to add some contrast between the Head and Neck

I hope everyone is having a great day, I wanted to share some pics with you of another Custom MACHINE Work In Progress.

 

This MACHINE Features a 1018 Carbon M2A Converter Head with a 1018 Carbon Standard Length Plumber Neck and a 1018 Carbon Blade Back Flange. The 2nd Flange you see in the photo is a Custom 1018 Carbon Heavy Blade Back with a Long Pill Cut milled into it

 

The finish on the Head, Neck and Flange is a Matte Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish

 

On the additional Flange, Dave polished then Pill Cut, then Did the Matte Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish to add some contrast

The Medallion on this MACHINE will be a Custom Damascus Steel Medallion with a Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish to contrast the head.
