Our dog has had seizures in the past and it's scary. @Kenny B, I hope you can find a way to at least put off having to have surgery on your knee until after your trip to Florida. Maybe you can make it down there and the warmth will be good for it. I honestly hope the doc can do something for you to avoid surgery for a while. We're coming up on the end of the year and have to work towards hitting targets. I'm a tad grumpy right now, but I'll love it on payday. It's a bit of a foggy, wet morning here with temps in the high 50's. It's supposed to rain later on from what I can see in the forecast. I received the ShotScope Connex system last night and got the sensors paired. I'm looking forward to when I can get out and play a round with it and see how it works. A third consecutive night of poor sleep and I feel like I am going to be struggling today. I think what I hate the most about it, is it puts me in a generally poor mood which sucks for everyone around me. I try HARD to not be a grump but I get to a point in the day where it doesn’t matter how hard I try, it just comes out. I think I’ve gotten around 17 hours of sleep total in the last three days. Excited to watch the Badgers play Marquette today in basketball. MU has one heck of a team, but the game is in Madison and Wisconsin always plays well at the Kohl Center. The I-94 rivalry has been really good the last handful of years so should be a great game IF they can keep up with MU. He is pretty excited to have made the varsity team. No golf anywhere in sight for me - can thank the snow and cold temps for that. Didn’t have to get up early today and I still only slept an hour past my normal wake up time. My mind and body just like the early rise for those sunrise rounds that will resume in the spring. So this is my 1000th post here on the MGS forums but, I don’t really have anything special to share on this occasion. It’s taken a lot longer to reach this milestone than I figured it would because I always seem to fall off with posting during the offseason here in the Midwest although this year I vowed to change that. This season was my best to date and sharing that on the forums has made that feat that much more enjoyable. Tie that in with being a first time tester with the Evnroll V-Series putters and I guess one could say that I truly felt like I was a contributing member of the forum. So many cool people sharing their experiences and insight with their games, equipment and even their daily lives on here. The Good Morning thread has become an element of my morning routine that I really enjoy and being able to follow it along as the day goes by and everyone “checks-in” is pretty fun. So many different personalities that contribute to the enjoyment of this thread. Well, I guess that I had more to say than I thought I did. Hopefully the journey to 2000 posts doesn’t take as long as this one did. Wife is going to a craft show so I know she will return with yarn and whatever else is deemed too cute to live without. Today is National Mutt Day! If you have a mutt (rescue dog) like I do, make sure to take them somewhere and give them an extra pat on the head. They will be gone before you know it so spend a few minutes with them now. If anything goes badly, the entire data center could go offline. You can guess how bad that would be.
