I know I’m late on this but my take is there is no simple answer to this. Unfortunately, we all see the game in a different view (this is also the beauty of it) so while comparing products during test everything will be subjective. With that being said, the testing we do in my eyes, are also subjective because my swing isn’t like @Rob Person or @GolfSpy_APH so the products will perform different for me. This is where the problem lies though for me, while I understand this part of testing, it is also the part that makes me want to compare the products to each other to find the one that fits me or what I’m looking for. So in short, I think it depends on what the aim of testing is and if it’s based off the OEMs statements or which product works best for what demographic? Whew… sorry for that.. hope that made sense. either way I’m just thankful for the opportunity to find out more about products I would have never heard of or products that I’m interested in but don’t see in my neck of the woods. This is definitely an interesting concept. When I watched that YouTube video a couple of weeks ago of Bryson and Paige Spiranac playing a scramble trying to break 50 from the red tees, he was talking about intentionally hitting it on the toe with the driver when he wanted a big draw.
