BigMacQue
A couple of guys admitted to more than one bag, and I admit to that: I have a small Sunday bag that I use for range time and for walking a few shorter courses that never see most of my clubs. I can carry six clubs comfortably in that Sunday bag: driver, hybrid, putter, 50 wedge, and depending on how I feel that day either 5 or the 6 with the 8 iron. I have researched getting another small, light bag to carry, but I have carried my new Sun Mountain and it's not cumbersome at all. Both my last one, the HotZ, and this new Sun Mountain are stand bags. I often walk, although usually with the push cart but sometimes carry them, and the plus side is the Sun Mountain has performed well on the cart so far. I think I would have trouble with less than a 14 way just because I like to have everything in it's place and know at a glance where everything is. jkimbrell0
I have gone from end to end of the divider spectrum and and settled in the middle. Used a Jones Players Series carry bag below for a lot of years because I liked how small/light it was and could fit under trunk floor cargo space in my Telluride. Plus I just love the old school look. However, the 2 way divider is a disaster and that bag didn't have a spine so constantly getting clubs tangled up, scuffing putter grip and folding up the bag. I then went full send on 14 way divider Cobra cart bag thinking I would love the organization and everything that comes along with it. However, I think that the 14 dividers with full length inserts make it too bulky and rigid and for me personally I still got clubs stuck in and out because the diameter of the dividers is much smaller and you get resistance all the way down. OS grips especially had a hard time. That could have been brand dependent and the problem might have been fixed by 14 way divider without the full length extensions. I think the bulk as a con outweighed the convenience of organization so it got relegated to the garage. I've found my sweet sport with the 5 way divider on the Ping Hoofer. The divider is only on the top and not full length so it holds in place but allows entire space of bag to be used. I still organize my clubs in groups with different slot of (58, 54, A) (P-9-8) (7-6-5,) (4i-3H) (3w-D-P in the big slot) so I still know where everything is generally and not searching through a jumbled mess. I do still switch up to the 14 way and the Jones bag every now and then for fun. Think I'm going to custom make a 4 or 5 way divider for my Jones Players bags so I can carry sometimes. Not sure when I'll undertake this project but will def post pics. Shrek74
I've only played 14/15 way divider cart bags for as long as I can remember. I've had some that are only 5 way full length and others that are 14 way full length dividers. I'll only buy the 14 way full length divider versions now. Duffer_E
I prefer 14/15-way bags. I used to have a Bennington Clip Lock 15 Slot Nova Stand bag. They do not make it anymore, but it looks very similar to this one: I particularly like how the slots kept club chatter to a minimum, and the putter well was big enough for my Fat Cat (Fat) putter grip. The only issue was the build quality. In less than a year, the valuables pocket had practically ripped out from the side of the bag. I almost bought the above model from Founder's Club, but I instead went with the Ogio Woode 8 Hybrid stand bag. I like it a lot, but I do miss club lock aspect of the Bennington bag. I was considering the Ogio Alpha Convoy 514 RTC Stand Bag, but by the time I was ready to buy, it was gone from widespread production. You *might* be able to get that bag directly from Callaway, but I think they market it more to school teams (with logo customization, etc.) sirchunksalot and Rob Person 2 Quote Driver: Paradym Ai Smoke MAX 9.0° with Fujikura Ventus Blue 5 (S) Hybrids: G430 3H/4H/5H w/ Ping Alta CB Shaft (S) Irons: JPX 923 Hot Metal HL - 6i - GW w/Fujikura Pro 95 (S) Wedges: Hi-Toe 3 - 54° and 58° Putter: Ai-ONE Seven S Putter w/ Fat grip Ball: Vero X1 Rangefinder: COOLSHOT PROII STABILIZED Bag: Woode 8 Hybrid bag

KoalaDriver
There is no right way to set up a 14-way divided bag BUT if you set it up in a manner you find logical you will... A. Find your desired club much faster. B. Know much sooner if you forgot a club on the last green. C. Reduce the uncertainty period you likely exposition during club selection.
