First Look - Bushnell Neo-X Watch

I'm not big on just re-hashing press releases but this one looks cool. I liked the Neo+ GPS watch, and this NEO-X seems to be a smaller, improved version. I really like that you can use it for an odometer. Great for the bike, or the car if the odometer goes out. I'll get some in-hand photos when the unit rolls in for review.

Is it worth the price difference between that and the Neo + that is sure to become much cheaper? My sky caddie contract runs out April 19th. It is 5 years old and showing its age so I am replacing it.

 

I have been reading your GPS and Laser reviews and I see that T is not the only one who can write an informative and entertaining review. I love the Reese's and Bushnell GPS/ Laser comparison.

Testing will tell if the price difference is worth it. I like the idea of a smaller footprint (wristprint?)

GPS wise, I expect the numbers to be good, like on the previous neos. Should see this one early May, I think.

Any update on when we might see the Neo X review? I see the prices for the Neo+ and Neo X are the same, so I'll be interested in any improvements over the '+' in the new version.

Looking forward to the on Course review. Been wanting to pull the trigger on a watch style GPS but want to know how it feels on the wrist through impact.....
