And weekends are also full of accidents and sometimes lane closure for construction. I was a teenager when we moved to Atlanta in ’66 and except for three years in the US Army and four years I spent in Charlotte I lived in or around Atlanta until I retired three years ago. I’ve lived south, downtown, northwest and northeast of the city. I drove site-to-site as a part of my job, and I think I’ve spent a couple of years just sitting in traffic. Every year the traffic has gotten worse and in every direction. I played 4 years of baseball but I have some hope to try out for a college golf team - because I was reading an article tonight about Deion Sanders kid who is a safety for Colorado playing his SIXTH college season starting this fall. They didn't go into detail how this 6 season thing works since the article was 99% about him declaring bankruptcy to avoid paying out a lawsuit. If I can figure it out I might get to play free golf while taking some courses that interest me. Wish me luck!! But if they had an injury and qualify, they can get a 6th year. But players in the Covid era also get an extra year regardless whether they played that year or not. I believe there is a Minn player actually getting an 8 th year due to injuries.
