Golf stretches/workouts

Anyone recommend some golf stretch's or workouts, or point me in the right direction. Starting to notice soreness in my lower back.

A lot of online resources for sure, but I went to see a physical therapist that was a TPI instructor and it was the best decision I made golf fitness wise

 

I've been thinking of checking back in with him.

What did he do? I've been thinking of finding one of them to maybe help me make up an offseason workout program or something

I've been working on doing a write up of what it entailed.

 

But it can be boiled down to the first visit being an evaluation or screen, where we looked at a lot of different areas in both strength and range of motion. what was cool about that, is I was given a print out of what my scores were for not only postures but different activities, and how they can affect my swing.

 

The second visit was more dedicated to the exercises that he gave me and an explanation of what each one did.
