Overview: Each Major this season we will be running a "pick 'em" contest. You'll select 5 golfers based on the tiers we've created and the winner will be based off the combined tournament winnings for the players on your team. Most money gets the goods! In the interested of avoiding tie's we also have 2 tie breaker selections. 1st - Pick the winning score, 2nd - Pick the low amateur score. If we need a 3rd tie breaker it will be a random draw.



1st Place: Set of Wilson irons built to your spec


2nd Place: Wilson Staff PMP Wedge


3rd Place: 1 Dozen Duo Golf Balls




Rules:
  • Pick one player ONLY from each of the five tiers below.
  • The fifth player is open to any player not specifically listed in the first 4 tiers.
  • Post your pick with the tier number in this thread
  • So you will have 5 players chosen all together (any entries with multiple players from the same tier will be disqualified)
  • The total earnings in prize money from your 5 players combined will be your total.
  • The entry with the highest cumulative total will win 1st place, the 2nd highest 2nd place, and the third highest will receive third place.
  • Tie Breaker #1 - Winning score in relation to par
  • Tie Breaker #2 - Score of low amateur in relation to par
  • Please indicate your tie breaker scores after listing your five players.
  • ENTRIES MUST BE IN BY 11:59 PM on WED April 4th. No changes after that time.
  • Winner will be determined by the Official Prize Money awarded to each player. MGS Staff will announce the winner on Monday April 9th or Tuesday April 10th.

*Player list was taken from official invited entrants as of March 23rd, 2018. you are responsible for making sure any player you pick is actually in the field when the tournament starts. MGS will not be responsible or allow any changes or substitutions after the contest thread is closed at 11:59 PM on Wednesday April 4th.
