Not a member but I do have Martin Chuck's 5 DVD set. It's very informative and well produced. The short game DVD is particularly good.

I actually just cancelled my RG+ membership, or at least tried to (I'll explain). The RG+ membership has a few benefits but not worth continuing to pay for more than a month or two. You can access all the videos that are sent out via emails to non-RG+ members and comment on the videos, i.e. ask questions. You get access to the Cameron McCormick videos, which are good but not worth the price alone. You also get access to a video library, which includes much of Martin Chuck's dvd sets and a few others. Access to the quick 2-3 minute videos is not any different then what you get through the emails beyond the McCormick videos. The video library, as of now, is downloadable. So you can download every DVD and save it to your desktop and watch it whether you continue to be a member or not. One annoying detail is that RG does not have a way to cancel your membership once you are signed up. You actually have to email customer service and ask for it to be cancelled. I have done this, but have received no response. I am waiting for the charge to show up on the CC so I can just cancel the payment and they can deal with it. Hope that helps.

Yeah I also get the non-member email video tips. Many are good, some so-so but a few are really good. The short video tips cover all kinds of aspects of the game and they have several "big name" coaches present them.

 

They do constantly push product, but hey - they're running a business.

They finally got me when they offered a dozen TPX balls

Actually bought my SC 200 for 249 no tax which was best price I found 1 year money back is hard to pass up they even send paperwork

 

Have returned stuff before no problem

But will not be returning SC200 really like it

 

Another thing they have added a lot of Golf Channel content don't mind watching Holly Sonders on School of Golf

I get the free stuff - I like the fitness stuff and there are some good tips but you have to pay attention to who it's for. If you draw the ball you're not going to benefit from an anti slice drill!

 

I doubt I'd pay for the videos - I have access to a top level teacher for $40 a lesson at my club. I get an hour plus video for that -

I'm not a rg+ member(but I play one on tv) but I do get the free info and the videos you can access are informative. The daily emails from them selling this device or that club can be annoying but like surfdude said they are running a business. I've been suffering from information overload lately(I've never watched so much golf channel since retirement) so I'm trying to stay away from more paid subscriptions.
