Was only able to catch about 10 minutes of the call today, I was on the course and got distracted with Oban putter shafts and @GolfSpy_APH with his blade journey. As always thanks for these, I need to start rationing my time better to join but Thursdays are usually my golf day.

I really thought I would tune in more often once school got out but I haven't been able to call in a single time since May. I guess being this busy in the summer is good thing?

My great plans for slipping into the call during a family cookout and pool party was thwarted by too much good food, conversation and relaxation on the patio under a sun sail awning.  Glad to see so many positive responses to what went on while I was stuffed, regaling and being regaled by awesome stories, and soaking in the overcast warmth of a humid summer afternoon here in WNY

I caught the last 20 or so minutes and feel I missed something crucial just as I logged on. Definitely need to get on the replay! From what I did gather,  this is going to be a huge mic drop once everything is sorted!

Glad to see so many names on there as well!

 

And I will reiterate my response to @GolfSpy SAM suggestion towards the later conversation regardinga certain aspect of a potential future test... NOT IT !

Excellent call today with Mike Carrol of Fit for Golf. You can tell he has a passion for what he's doing. 

I was going through some stuff in the wife's office since she's cleaning it up and getting rid of some stuff, so it was a great listen as I'm doing a mundane task.

An absolute great call with a lot of information shared about the Fit for Golf program.

I found it very worthwhile that when used in conjunction with speed training (The Stack System) an individual can actually have a program to use for year-round activities to keep physical strength, mobility, and speed in your golf swing intact, even as we age.

Thank you to Hayes, @GolfSpy AFG for moderating this call today, asking relevant questions for all of the audience, and to Matt and Jamie, @GolfSpy SAM and @GolfSpy_APH for putting this together.

Anyone who missed it should really listen to the recording, as it would help not only in golf, but one's general physical wellbeing as well.

I got on the call a little late, did you have an update from your GT fitting in the beginning?

Well, good intentions,  bad timing on my part.  Got off starter duties at 2, was about to head home when one of the other starters asked me to fill in as a 4th for his weekly team round.  Will catch the replay though!

I was out on the course with my daughter so I missed the call. After that we did some track work. She is competing in the highland games on Saturday at Grandfather Mountain in NC. Next week is iffy as I'm in a golf tournment in Ohio on Thursday.  Gosh I hate my job.  Looking forward to the replay from today's call.

Mike works with the Stack people, but Super Speed or Rypstick will do the same thing, and I intend to combine FFG with my Rypstick sessions going forward beyond the end of the test next month.

I really enjoyed the call today even though I really didn't contribute to the conversation. I was kind of disappointed in the Great Outdoors lab headcover as I looked it up and was hoping to see John Candy and Dan Akyroid on it. I guess I'm telling my age there. I digress, it's a beautiful headcover and I can see it's allure.

Beautiful car!  The FIL has talked about selling his. He had the blue stingray prior to this.

The Vette is my next toy once I get tired of the Hellcat which after 8 years I thought I would be by now.  Unfortunately the car is just too much fun to pass along right now.

Nice ride! My dad had been a private pilot his whole adult life and when he got into his 60s he decided to finally buy his own single-engine airplane. Mom put a screeching halt to those plans. So instead he bought a white Corvette. But in a few years he was having too much trouble getting into and out of that low-slung thing and sold it.
