Hello flight V members.  1st day on the course after fighting COVID.  I lost, COVID won.  I walked 9 holes and shot 58!  Good news is I didn’t lose any balls.  I just lost all of my strength.  I’m going to the range tomorrow and the next few day to build my strength back up.  If nothing else it’s a better excuse than, well, I haven’t played in a while. LOL.

Take it easy, COVID can really wreak havoc on a lot of systems.  Even though you most likely feel like yourself, much of your full energy may take a while to come back.  The more you push yourself, the harder it is to recover.  I am speaking as someone who has watched long COVID take some otherwise vigorous people to the curb.  Hopefully the strain you got isn't quite so insidious, but swing easy.

I wouldn't be so quick with that assumption....been a grind lately.  Start officiating football here next week and my body in the mornings is going to feel it!  Have a great vacation!

FYI, I expect you haven't seen it as you are catching up the last few weeks, but I posted my score for Week 20 in Week 21 as I missed the 6am cutoff.  It shouldn't affect @cheese57's points though.

Being a Vice iron tester has sure helped for this season. More rounds played and great irons has led to my best year of golf yet. Now let’s hope it carries over to the annual golf trip, that’s when it really matters!
