Just wondering if I'm not qualified too! Would love to buy this mat! Does anyone use this company putting mats? I purchased a 4’x10’ mat in 2021 and use it almost daily. They have different versions based on stimp rating; I picked up the medium 10-11 stimp rated mat which is their Private course version. It also simulates grain in that putting one way is faster than the opposite way (mine has one hole in the center on one side and two holes on the opposite side). Rolls true and I can put stuff underneath to simulate breaks. No complaints. Cant stay with something out of date that essentially sees all of my traffic. And it had two of the 4 ethernet ports that had died as well and I hardwire as much as I can. So decided to go big and put it in my home. Jumped to wifi7. I got 10 years out of my last router so hoping for at least as much out of this one. Havnt nicknamed it yet. Popular Post RaRa Golf
Got my old grips removed and new grips installed. Regular size, 2 layers of tape, feels just about the perfect size, although I still need to take them to the course to get a feel. They are softer than my old grips, but firmer than Winn's. They're softer feeling than GP tour wraps, but a little less tackey. They look awesome paired with the White shafts. I removed the Blue from the ferrules too to go all Black & White. Using paint thinner instead of the watered down mineral spirits that came with my new grips worked way better to remove the old grips. The removal tool was well worth the $27 I paid for it, plus it came with extra tapes which came in handy as my 2nd layer of tape. Popular Post sevegolfs
While looking around online for a TPC Sawgrass polo after playing Dye's Valley last Dec., I came across this ball marker on ebay and had to pull the trigger. Received on Sat late afternoon, and was able to play with it Sunday. The ad advertised it as new and the seller mentioned it was "tour issued" with there only being one silver one and one gold one in existence so I bought the silver one. It's pretty big and definitely thicker than my normal ball mark so can't really use it if on someone else's line which I have another marker for but I really like it as it's a nice reminder of the round/vaca I got to experience last dec. Popular Post cnosil
Picked up my reshafted putter this past weekend. The shaft is a VA Composite Baddazz (https://www.vashafts.com/bdzptr-120) and the grip is a Garsen quad tour non taper. It will definitely get noticed on the course I was disappointed that I couldn’t get to the course but have been doing some carpet putting; the feel is great and I seem to be hitting the center very consistently which was what I noticed during the fitting. While I don’t expect significant improvement on a round by round basis I am hoping for a little better distance control on longer putts. Bigger benefit if I could improve the 6-15 footers too! TJ Hall
1 hour ago, cnosil said: Picked up my reshafted putter this past weekend. I hope it works as well, but it won't fix a lack of skills so I keep working on those as well. Popular Post racingdaly
Had some store credit from a club trade-in and got a deal on a new Honma 757-S Driver 9* Stiff flex. I finally got to take it out and loving it so far. It's 450cc so doesn't look much different than my old 460cc head, but initially, I was hitting a bit out towards the toe with a slight fade but by the 8th hole I'd straightened it out.
