Could be worse...you could be Phil Mickelson... +7!?!?

I think it was the shirt.  He seemed uncomfortable in that button down dress shirt all day.  The I was working, I always change out of a shirt like that when I left my office.

I get the sponsorship thing with Mizzen and the whole I-can-go-to-a-meeting-and-play-golf-in-this-shirt, but honestly he looked ridiculous.

It didn't look comfortable, it didn't look attractive, it didn't work....and it showed up on his scorecard.  I'm not saying he was playing well but I'll bet that shirt cost him 2-3 strokes.

I really hope not to see him in that again.

Agreed with this and everything above about it looking extremely uncomfortable and ridiculous. But did want to point out that it's more than just sponsorship with this shirt, he has ownership in the company. So there's some $$$ at stake too.

Noticed recently that the ice maker in my freezer wasn't making ice,  today most of the food in my freezer was thawed.  Fortunately I am fairly handy and was able to troubleshoot it to the started relay for the compressor.  Unfortunately it was too late to get the part and I have to hope that one of the few appliance part stores that is open tomorrow has the part.  Why do things break after all the stores are closed???

Yep,  fortunately I found the part locally today and was able to get it installed pretty quickly.   Freezer seems to be working again.   We don't keep a lot of meat in our freezer so there wasn't really a lot of high dollar stuff in there.   There were a couple of pork tenderloins that my wife didn't want to keep since they were pretty thawed.  Her thought is better safe than sorry.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it was a simple break and doesn't require surgery, screws or pins. Once she's through the initial shock and corresponding pain she'll probably be wearing the cast as a badge of honor.

Everyone has an opinion. And that's what's great about MGS, we welcome and respect all opinons that are expressed in a civil Manor.

 

If you disagree with one, just certainly do so in a respectful major (as you and the vast majority do) anyone looking to stir the pot will get bored and move on and if they step out of bounds we we habe a staff that is continually reading the entire forum.
