Credit card thieves...arseholes. I only found out when I went to buy a plant yesterday and my card was declined. Even worse was it's my Visa debit card, so the money was mine, not the banks.

Having shoulder problems... again (this will probably be my 4th shoulder surgery 2 on L, 2nd on R) Im beginning to think the last surgeon screwed it up worse. Went for the MRI, they had issues injecting the dye so they kept moving the needle around in my shoulder, didnt hurt then, but today I cant lift my arm

Sorry to hear that.  And not to get all philosophical...But there is probably a reason you guys finally reconnected after so many years.  But it sucks he has to go through this.

Thanks Carolina... was planning on making a trip out west to OR to visit & play golf together.  Hoping we can still pull it off... he's an avid golfer..... his advice to everyone when he found out he had cancer was: life is short....play more golf!

Jokes aside, the best part about playing like crap is working through the issues and playing better the next time. It's not about how hard you get knocked down, it's about how you get back up, or something. I'm not good with quotes.

I left the Pings at home to "show the boss the course". Thought I'd feel more comfy with the old stand bys... not so much. Played a 2 over front and a 21 over back 9??? What the friggin crick?

 

Got some really bad breaks. 2 unplayables a snap hooked, oh wait 2 snap hooked drives on the same hole... that was the 12. Smoked a 3 iron about 240 in the air, got hung up in the only bush within 300 yards, one drive hit a sprinkler head and cozied right up to a tree trunk, lost ball.. f that back 9!! Oh and my 40 yard blocked shot. Behind trees all day. I hate trees.

I was out in my yard after the round fixing my mistakes. Or reinforcing my faults. One or the other.

 

And I do park them for 6 months! Not by choice though. 184+ inches of snow and freezing temps.

6 months just isn't enough! Here in Missouri we can play for sometimes 10 months if we're lucky and you don't mind a little cold.
