TheSandwedgeChef
This is my basenji, Anouk, who is a little over 2 years old now. She really enjoys laying on my putting green inside our apartment and I'm getting very excited to take her out on her first golfing experience at Skamania Lodge on June 1st. Can't wait to post some pictures of the experience afterwards! sirchunksalot, Rickp, MattF and 5 others

Popular Post TheSandwedgeChef
Had such an AMAZING time playing golf at Skamania Lodge. Easily the hardest course I have played but produced some of the most breathtaking views I've experience while playing. Of course the best part of the day was being able to bring Anouk for her first golf outing and she did amazing! Never once did we have an issue. She loved to just lounge in the sun by the tee boxes or around the greens as we putted and she really loved pulling the push cart while running after our friends in the golf cart Really wish there were more courses in Oregon (only two that I know of and the closest to Portland is Skamania which is about a 45min drive) that allow you to bring along man's best friend. Awesome that you can bring your best friend along. We tried taking ours on the course. She loves riding in the golf cart - but barks everytime I hit the ball - so no future trips to the course with her. TheSandwedgeChef
@tony@CIC, I'm lucky in the fact that the basenji breed cannot bark at all and I have had her around me hitting golf balls enough to where the sound does not bother her. bens197

ole gray
There are two things that are not related to golf that give me much pleasure in this life. One is helping parents of Army recruits understand what is going on during the journey their children are embarking on. I love it! Two is helping pets who are either picked up off the road or surrendered to the local shelters. My wife is blessed to be very good at photography and she works hard helping place animals at our local county shelter. You can walk in the shelter in a blah mood and when you give a little time to those remarkable creatures, you walk out with a lump in your throat. Today my wife and I worked with two new pittys. Two beautiful animals who were picked up roaming the countryside. Their hides were ripped with thorn and briar scapes and one of the helpers said they had to wash them three times to get the stink off. Underneath those tired scraped bodies we found some beautiful animals. downlowkey, tommc23, Rickp and 6 others 8 1 Quote Ping G430 Max Driver 10.5 Degree Titleist TSR1 4, 5, & 6 Hybrids Titleist T350 Irons 7 - W48 Cleveland CBX ZipCore 52 56 & 60 Degree Wedges LAB Mezz Max Broomstick Putter / TPT Shaft (Platinum @ 45/78)
