It's a Scratch golf raw blank out of their tour department.  Same heads Don White and Jeff McCoy start with.  They're more skilled than I though.  It's just a hobby for me.

After installing the new gas logs (wifey was worried with this round of storms, and there being ice moreso than snow that we'd potentially lose power), I finally got to open the package that got here today.  The 20* LSP came in and I've got another KBS Hybrid on the way for it.  Stoked to get this puppy together so I can hopefully have it bent from 20 to 21 degrees (hopefully my buddy is able to bend it on his machine with the pads).

Just picked up a shaft for the SLDR to try. Already have an AD DI to slap in it but I picked up a Matrix Ozik Xcon 6 for 1/2 off tonight so I'm gonna try it too. Also got a frequency filter for the Scotty for when the BG Tiffany grip arrives.

Well, have the SLDR shaft drying currently. Letting it hot box set while watching UFC. After this it'll be chopped to length and gripped and ready to go in the AM

As curious as I am about how the SLDR performs for, I'm more interested in your thoughts on the FST putter shaft.  I've never tried one and always wondered how they felt compared to a standard putter shaft.

Oh, I've had a frequency filtered before.  Love the shafts, they're all that and a bag of chips.  Just didn't like paying full price for them.  These were on clearance (and I may go buy more of them in various sizes/tips).

TBD... I've been bagging it (10.5 460), the R11 and the SFTP 2.0 LCG in a rotation. I'm trying to find TE most accurate one that I can hit solidly.

Just purchased a SLDR TS fairway.   Gonna pair it with the same shaft that's in my gamer fairway, an Aldila NV 75X and see if it can beat it.

Finally got to hit my 15° SLDR fairway (AD-DI 7s tipped 1.5") vs the RBZ w/ BiMatrix tipped .5" and picked up 10-15yds on an about golf simulator.  Still going to have to wait at least a month before I'm out on the course and get to test it out for real.  So far though I'm pretty impressed.

I had a 460 and a 430. The 460 was a 10.5 with a Matrix Ozik Xcon 6 and the 430 a 12* with ProjectX Handcrafted LZ Prototype. I ended up selling the 460 and keeping the higher lofted 430 with the LZ and am HAMMERING it.

 

As for the fairway, I played it this past weekend and killed it as well. I shafted it with an Aldila NV 75x. I hit it as long or longer than my SasQuatch 13* (SLDR is the 14* TS). Same shaft in both. I did hit it on a 385 yard dogleg left (325 to cut the corner but I wasn't getting there without a hurricane behind me) par 4 and hit the exact low draw I wanted to hit and had a 50 yard pitch in. Best I've ever done on that hole with a fairway is to have a full LW in (105 yards).

 

And I just hate when people take advantage of others generosity like that. That's why I said something.

They're still a tad softer than X. Did that as I try to swing smoother and they respond better for me. Especially when gripping down and on partial shots

I have a side question for you. Do you notice a difference in your putting performance with the different head shapes and style of putters? Im genuinely curious.

As long as they're face balanced, no.  I did have to lead tape the heck out of the Prototype NP Beach 2 to get it to face balance (and add weight).  But no, I don't notice any difference.  I've been using the White Hot 2 ball CS for about 2 months now because I putt better with it on slower greens.
