My 'getting back into golf' WITB

Hi

Been away from golf for about 15 years but finally joined my local club (The Worcestershire here in the UK). To inspire me to play and as I'm practically starting again I thought I'd replace some of my old kit.

Here's my old v new WITB:

Driver: Was TM R7 Ltd, now Cobra F6+. Seems much more consistent off the tee..

3W: Was Cleveland Launcher now Titleist 909F3. Better all-round so far..

Rescue: TM Rescue 3 19°. Still works great..

Irons: Was Mizuno MX23 now Mizuno MP32. A bit of a change but so sweet when hit right..

Wedges: Cleveland CG12 & CG15. Practically new so no need to change as they were fitted for me..

Putter: TM Kia Ma Daytona. Although I'm working on making my own putters..

Ballmarker: One off I made for a bit of fun  

Still rocking the old Mizuno WMS carry bag and Titleist RC10 cart bag.

Class bag right there!  Great to have you back in the game.  Those MP-32's look amazing for their age!  Did you get them refinished? Those were one of of those "forgiving" blades back in the day when they first were released, still remember them.  Definitely agree with the mentality, "if it is not broke, no need to replace it."  However, here at MGS I think there is a policy against that.  Heck, I reckon a lot of us replace things even if they are working because something new and beautiful came out!

Definitely interesting that you made that ball marker and are in process of builiding a putter!  I'd love to see the finished product because that ball marker looks

Thanks, it's good to be back! No, had a lucky find on eBay here in the UK. Always wanted a set and they came up at just the right time. Cost me £30 to upgrade from the MX23's.
