I just started golfing around a year ago. Before this I had golfed a few times here and there with friends but didn’t take it very seriously. I started playing in a shamble with some guys from church once a month and didn’t want to be the worst guy there so I started practicing more. After 5-6 months I felt like my swing was getting to a point where I could go in for a club fitting. I went to club champion and was fitted. I went with Mizuno Hot Metal 923 HL. They are a great set and very forgiving. I got 5-9, PW, GW, SW. later on I added a 4i, and 60 to the bag as well. As for woods I have the Ping g430 Max driver, and 3w. I also recently picked up a 23’ Callaway big Bertha Heavenwood. I think it’s a pretty sweet club. Anyway that’s a little bit about me. I golf usually 2-3 times a week and live in Jacksonville FL where we have a lot of great courses.
