STUDque
You have to get he real thick stuff the plow dude leaves at the end of your driveway to get the real effect. Peaksy68
Played relaxed 12 holes after work with one of my best mates, who is very much a beginner. I was trying to put smooth solid swings on every shot, both for myself,as my rhythm has been a bit off, and to show him he doesn't need to try to smash it. Got lots of rhythm back, and was very pleased with my game. It was blowing a solid 2-3 club wind. Got around the 12 holes in 1 over, with a penalty thrown in. Had much better feel on the greens, holed 6 putts from 10-15 ft. My mate was asking for tips, I tried to get him to change his posture, he was almost in pretzel position at address. Told him to go get a couple of lessons and he'd be sorted out quickly. kardboard.kid, tommc23, MattF and 1 other 4 Quote 849 Pro Evenflow Riptide 6.0 F8 3 & 5 Woods Project X Evenflow Blue 6.0 TS2 7 Wood Project X Evenflow Blue 6.0 MP18 MMC - Project X LZ 5.5 Zipcore Wedges 50,54,58 - Project X LZ 5.5 MLA Tour Mallet 33" Z Star Pioneer bag buggy

Big money
Went back in for another swing lesson today. The pro turned off the camera and just had me hit in the net with TrackMan.Really impressed and so was he.The face angle and spin axis were the numbers he had me concentrate on vs a form look.Had many a number where face angle was almost at 0 or slightly above or below.Balls went dead solid straight the closer I got that number under 1.Out of 30 swings today, I had at least a dozen or more with a real nice controllable face angle. Can say now that this hard work is going somewhere. Peaksy68
Had to work today so no usual Saturday game. Hit some full gap wedges, happy with the contact and ball flight. Worked a little on 60 yd shots, a bit inconsistent, so more work required. Did a bit of short game practice, chipping with 49 and 57 wedges. Finished up by playing around hitting some stupid lobs with the 49. Not something I'm likely to do on course, but it was fun and great to feel control over the club face. Big money
Went back in to do weekly combine- TrackMan target games.Only took driver-7 iron and wedge. The overall feedback and ball to club contact has really improved from when I started this process. One thing I noticed is my swing just doesn't quite look like all the slow motion mirror work we do.Or the focus drills or swings on technique. The pro was very honest when I asked him why.He told me most major changes aren't always about a major look change. The results of what the ball does is the main goal.According to him, if a student can get the motion itself to look at least 30 to 40% of what we work on it is successful.Just trust the fundamentals intentions and ball flight versus a dramatic look change.Anyone else agree that really delved in one on one coaching ?
