Parameters are simple, 3 course meal, starter, entree, dessert. Starter: Traditional wedge salad Entree: Grilled NY Strip Yak Steak with roasted fingerling potatoes with a truffle butter Dessert: Make Your Own Banana Split Bar with all types of toppings and Root Beer Floats.
