Bit one question how many of those are less than 1 year old—I’m talking 12 months not 1 season

How you pick which set to use? Or is one your Monday bag, Tuesday Bag and so on since you have 7 sets there?

And I even gave three sets away a couple months ago!  I get a new set every three years. Been playing for 32 years, so some go back in time. The oldest set there is the original King Cobra II's from 1997. I have the 1 iron thru the lob wedge. I'm not really a club ho. Just hate parting with old friends. Only once or twice a year will I play the back up set.

If I had kept every set since 1997, I was going to say I’d be sleeping in the garage with all 50 plus sets.  But that’s not true.  I would have been kicked out 20 years ago and me and all my sets would be crammed into some crummy apartment.   Ha

An update! 

Not even on purpose I have been building some older clubs and building a back up bag. Turns out there is a LOT of Cobra clubs. I was always a Cobra fan and purchased a set of my favorite ever irons. I always had a tough time getting rid of a few clubs and after I finally finished the full rebuild on these it was time to put together the new backup bag.

I'll let the photos do the rest of the talking.

As many of us if not all of us I have an excess of clubs, some I likely won't ever use, some I just can't bring myself to sell for nastalgic reasons and others I found a great deal and price and will look to flip later.

I'm very fortunate to do a good bit of travelling so rather then bringing the main sticks and risk damage on airlines and travel I'm going forth and officially building a go with me back up bag. 

So far I have putter, wedges and irons all sorted. The rest will come together over the next few months 

Putter - Ping Sigma Tyne.... Was my favorite putter ever and still love it to bits, but the stroke lab simply is better. Thankfully it gets a second life here.

Wedges - Cobra Trusty Rusty Black Tour 52,56,60. Not my typical set up but with the irons this should make a good fit. I've always loved these wedges and rather then sitting and collecting dust they will now really get a chance to be nice and rusty!

Irons - Cobra Fly Z Pro. I had the amp cell pros before moving to a more suitable club. Almost immediately after selling them I missed them dearly. I had been in a lookout for a new set for a bargain and finally found a set in pretty good shape for all of $150 cad... Missing a pitching wedge and 4 iron but still can't wait to get back on a course with them. 

 

4 iron - purchased a while back and never got a good enough run due to i210 testing but back comes to Cobra forged tec 2016!

Hybrid - TBD

Fairway - TBD

Driver TBD
