Dynamic Gold x100 120g Alternative

hi all, sorry I know everyone will be busy with the 2021 Masters but could anyone able to give me a steer please? 

I’m getting a replacement set of irons from TM due to a batch defect but the shafts I was fitted for (Dynamic Gold x100 120g) are no longer available. 

They have the DG Tour 130g but I tried the 130g in the fitting and it was just a bit too much so we went back to the 120. They have the current Dynamic Gold, Nippon, Project X & KBS Tour options available to choose from.

I have a really high ball flight, 7 iron is about 170 yards, driver around 300.

I can’t get onto a launch monitor to pick the new shafts.

Any ideas what I should be getting in place of the Dynamic Gold x100 120g?

DG X100 soft stepped x1 ? If you can put up with the additional weight (10g).

I tried the 130g in the original fitting and not that the 130g was too heavy, it just felt a lot better with the 120g.

 

I also just need to ensure I don’t go nuts with the flight as I have a very high bal flight and I play golf in Scotland

How about S300 hard stepped once or maybe even twice then?

I really like my Nippon Modus 120x.  I also had the DG 120 x100 shaft in an older set of irons, but the Nippon is just a smoother shaft in my opinion.  I too hit the ball high and my numbers are very similar to yours.  I can lean on them a bit and they respond perfectly or I can swing a bit smoother and they still do exactly what I want.

C-Taper 120s? Should help lower flight a little. Might play a tad softer than the 120X, but the weight should be close.

I went with the PX LS 6.0 hard-stepped, definitely brought my flight down.
