MIgregb 205
Well, the majority of you are far more the target audience than I am, but I will undoubtedly test them out. I couldn't even consistently handle the JPX 919 Forged and those probably still have more tech than do the Mizuno Pro line. But I really like their look so I'll go into them with great optimism and high hopes! 1 Quote Epic Flash SZ w/ Motore X F3 65R shaft ZX 5 Wood w/Evenflow Riptide 5.5 shaft ZX 7 Wood w/Evenflow Riptide 5.5 shaft JPX919 Hot Metal 5-GW w/Project X LZ 5.5 shafts Glide 3.0 54 & 58 deg wedge White Hot OG #1 Putter w/Stroke Lab shaft

Yes, of course that was before my post from a bit ago in the SUV buying thread...ha So I'm saying that doesnt' count. I'll most likely sell the P790's to offset them. in4par 18
They look tremendous and looking forward to testing against my MP 20's. I've been told they feel more solid but unsure how to take that. Numbers don't lie. Would definitely combo the 223 6 & 7 and then 221 8-PW. HMB in a 5 iron but I'm still searching for that perfect feeling, flying easy to hit off the deck 5 iron so who knows. I'll play around with that and look at the numbers. The T22 wedges are drool material and ditching Vokey for good. I think Club Champion gets these in hand to test and perhaps order through fitting on 12/6 which isn't far away now. I absolutley love this.....
John Bachman 55
I don’t know how they could feel any better than my MP20 MMC irons but who knows Think it would be a lateral move to trade, or at least not enough of an upgrade.

bens197 12,377
TXG review was pretty good. I’m definitely impressed with this design. I’ve said it before, the JPX and MP “best of” mashup sounds like an absolute winner. Now it’s just time to hit them and see how it goes. I would love to see a deeper dive on the PW feel they mention. I do love that this isn’t just an echo chamber of adulation; they do see things they’re not completely sold on. If it were today I would go 4-P in straight 223… 6 Quote Titleist TSI3 LAGolf DJ 65 5 TaylorMade SIM2 3 wood Fujilkura Ventus Blue 7-X Mizuno HMB MP20 3i Nippon Modus 3 120S Mizuno Pro 223 4-P Nippon Modus 3 115X Vokey SM8 50, SM9 54 & 60 Nippon Modus 3 120s Scotty Cameron Phantom X 11.5 Srixon Z-Star XV Divide Official 1/12 testers for 2022 L.A.B. I don’t need ANY more distance from my irons, but the 225 and my Tour P irons should be a good match. The thing for me would be finding a good enough fitter that could take a look at the spin needs in my mid irons. Pretty interesting how current Players long irons are as good or better than the hollow headed more forgiving "utility" type irons. I have a 4 UDi TP I play when using my Srixon Z Forged irons and tried to put it in my bag with my Cobra Tour irons but I just hit the Cobra 4i better than the TP 4i and also have more confidence with it. In fact my Cobra 4i is one of my favorite clubs in the bag. ... As an aside I picked up a SIM2 4 hybrid that basically replaces my 5 wood and added a SIM2 16.5* HL instead of the 15* model. I have found myself on several occasions approaching a 2nd shot on a par 5 where the high launching 5 wood is too short and the 3 wood too long and hope the 16.5* HL solves that problem with the best of both worlds. Gonna experiment with different wood combinations once the fairways firm up for the winter because the roll can be a good 40-50 yds longer than the summer. 50 extra yds sounds great right? And it is when you keep it in the fairway or edge of the rough but the dormant Bermuda is really fast in winter and the last thing I need is 50 more yards of roll when the ball is headed toward the desert. Like everything in this crazy game, there are always trade offs. 2 Quote Driver: LTDx 10.5* ... LinQ M40X 6F3 Fairway: SIM2 Max 15/16.5/18* ... Tensei Raw Blue 65R Utility: UDi 18* ...
