Does this golf fitness thing really work?

Recommended Posts

I made a goal for 2022 to score lower and possibly take the PGA PAT, Just for me not much more,

During my floating around the twitter verse I came across a doctor of physical therapy and TPI certified looking for volunteers.

I sent him an email and got selected for a program.

Im 7 weeks into it and can tell you this stuff works. No Im not hitting the ball 300yd but I am improving and hitting the ball consistently.

If you want to see the progress I put it on my youtube channel. below is the last video.

Any fitness is great for any activity. And love that video by the way

personally I do a full 2 hour workout 4-6 days a week. And if I could I would do even more. For me, my fitness is always first. Never really stress about golf that much

I just started with a golf related PT. He is VERY HANDS ON. Learned alot already how a disfunctional back and shoulder can greatly affect the golf turn/pivot. Looking forward to better health and golf in 2022.

McGolf, I like your videos! Very down to earth and informative. What exercises are you doing? I am doing open books, thoracic rotation quadruped, downward dog, prone shoulder cars.
