You should have contacted me or another MOD BEFORE the contest began.   If I’m fact it couldn’t be chsnged we would have noted it. 
 

Another member did just that during the last contest. Also two previous contestants were DQ’d from a win due to a very small difference in the name. Itcwas explained in detail in the last contest if you wish to go check it out 

Also you could have modified your forum name it’s not like you’re been here for more than 10 minutes.

No not bad at all.  I hate that the next Major is 8 month away.   I may have to use my charm and see if I can talk them into a Ryder Cup Pool again this year     No promises though!

What do I win for finishing in 629th place?

For some reason, I seem to do better picking the tie breakers than I do players.

The Open:  I picked +1 cut line with 81 highest score:  the cut was +3 and 83

The US Open:  I picked +5 and highest score 88 (I over estimated the rough and conditions); the cut was +2 and highest score 83.

The PGA Championship:  I picked cut line at +4 and Spieth's 2 round total at +5; the cut was +5 and Spieth was +5 after two rounds.  

In all three I had less than the four needed to make the cut.  I guess I need to spend more time on players and less on the course.

Thanks MGS staff and Titleist! I was pulling for the 5 guys on my roster like crazy all weekend! I’m excited to try out my first Titleist fairway wood!

For the record, I prefer the format of pick 6, count 4. I didn't realize we were counting all 5 for this one, my team wouldn't have been so young.

I prefer that as well. I’ll have to check in the future pools if there are options.  I had a cool phone call with the owner of the site after the Masters pool.  He told me some e and more customization was coming.  
 

I hope we can do a Ryder Cup one and will explore all the options there.
