Long putters would be the first one my list. As for pro tour rules, no caddy's lining up putts or tee shots from behind the player. No place for that in golf.

Agreed. My curiosity is this: when those players were playing junior golf, college golf, etc, did they have caddies lining them up? If they didn't have it then, why do they need it now? I understand there's a lot of money on the line, but I would think that this practice would undermine your confidence in yourself.
