My menu doesn’t hold a candle to the rest of you but went simple with a hot taco dip and a drink I whipped up called the “Carolina cherry”!

We like to try a few things from the Champions Dinner menu but Jon had some unique stuff so we went with Seafood Fettucinni... very good and very fattening... lol

From my local simulator bar!  Pimento cheese, housemade chips, Azalea, and a peach ice cream cookie sandwhich

 

And yes it was all straight 🔥.  I skipped dinner
