Your Brand Opinion: Evnroll Putters

Surprisingly one product or brand I have never owned, but I know a lot of members who have and loved them. I know they have done really well with MyGolfSpy testing in the past and continue to produce a great product, however unlike LAB they didn't really catch any tour attention which is interesting. 

Oh did you see we have a Testers Wanted for their new ZERO putters?

 So what do you think of Evnroll? Have you owned their putters? How have they performed for you and if not why haven't you owned one of their putters before?

I have heard nothing but great things about them.  Personally I have never got to roll one, but they did file a law suit against PING for the grooves right?  That kind of irritates me because my PING has grooves and I love it.

Always just thought of them as an extremely high end putter that I’d never really get to use unfortunately. From what I’ve seen they’ve got some really nice looking putters though so they definitely know what they’re doing in that area

I use the original ER2 that I purchased new. It is in need of a new grip, but it won't be leaving the bag . I still love it, even though it doesn't love me back at times.

I love my Evnroll ER5 hatchback putter.  Its been in my bag since 2016 and it wont be coming out any time soon.  My putting has improved drastically.  Putt after putt it rolls true.  I have tried to replace it with other name brand putters and nothing feels as good as my ER5.

I might just be a bit biased when it comes to Evnroll but, I’m definitely a fan. I had the amazing opportunity to be a tester for the Evnroll V-Series in 2023 and have been a fan ever since. Everything from how the TourTac grip feels in my hand to how the ball feels coming off the face are top notch for me. My EV5.3 provides a lot of confidence for me regardless of the length of putt thatI am facing.  My review if anyone wants more details.

They are definitely in the higher spectrum cost wise but Evnroll is at the top of my list.

Other than rain gloves, the ER2 was best purchase I’ve ever made in golf.
Immediately dropped my PPR by 2 strokes and continually improve.

I think Evnroll putters are truly the best at “rolling” the ball. I have an ERC 5 CS with a BGT Stability Polar shaft in it and I still use it on occasion, but my main putter is a LAB Mezz 1 Max. It doesn’t roll the ball as perfectly as the Evnroll, but it is the most accurate putter I own.

I have been a fan of theirs for a long time and have tried borrowing them from my friends. My preference has always been center shafted and I have delayed buying one but am very interested in the new Zero line and definitely intend to try it.

I currently use the Evnroll Outback that I bought a few months back. It was in the used section of a golf store and I rolled it a few times there. It just felt good. Since buying it, my distance control has improved and my 3 putts have dropped. I am currently looking for a center shaft model to try. They are good putters.

I went from a Scotty Newport 2, to an Evnroll ER10 mallet style putter a few years ago, and it transformed my putting (relatively). Like many I found the mallet a hell of a lot more stable, but my pace/distance control over long putts was what massively improved. 

i can’t ever see me going back regular to the blade style putter, I just don’t feel I’ll hit my line as consistently.

I've had an Evnroll for years and have really made it my own. It was already in the TS model (iykyk) and Evnroll themselves even refinished it for me and helped turn it into an armlock. Absolutely great customer service experience. I'll never give mine up.

My first "real putter" was a Rife Barbados..........and I still have it.

Shame Evnroll isn't available in more pro shops.  PGA Tour Superstore does carry them.

Always thought they would be great. Reviews amazing looks amazing. Buy some reason never pulled the trigger. Always leaned towards tour validated brands like Scotty, Callaway, and Taylormade

Have given the Evnroll ER2 and ER8 a test drive a few times and really liked them.  Still haven't pulled the trigger and purchased one yet but I think that will happen in the next year.

I’ve never owned an Evenroll but I’ve played with some at golf stores. Might just be a name brand issue for me but the feel of the putter was never enough to make me want to try a new brand.

I’ve never tried them on the course. Be interested in testing them though, heard good things about them.

I think evenroll makes high quality stuff that has some great tech snuck in without visually being too shorty about it.

 

Personally, I have a hard time imagining paying for something traditional but 'fancy' like a Scotty Cameron but if it's tech laden like Evenroll than I am far more open to it. 

 

And unlike LAB, they look really good in the bag, in hand, etc.

Evnroll ER7 is currently on my bag after period sitting down. What a comeback! Many sub 30 putting rounds and confidence that miss hits will not run way short or long. The quality of the putter, top notch! The feeling of the face, firm but responsive.

Would  recommend? Absolutely!

I first read about EVNRoll years ago on this site.  I made it my goal to get one and have enjoyed my ER-3 for years.
