I just bought two "new to me" putters... both are center shafted mallets - one comes with a cover - the other doesn't.

Either way, I think they both deserve custom covers - one absolutely needs one ASAP.

I know where to get a custom head cover from - but I SUCK at design.

So... fiverr.com? phone a friend? (I don't really have any amazing design friends)

I have no inspiration for what would be a cool headcover for me/my personality.

Suggestions?

I just went through this with some driver and hybrid covers.  I had a basic idea and talked with Zach at bestgrips and he really helped me flush out the design.  Depending on where you get them from talking to the person making them could yield some good ideas.

 

I also know a certain canuck that hangs out on here that does some great design work, might be worth enlisting his help.

 

Otherwise start throwing out some likes/dislikes or rough ideas and let the forum help you out.

bahahaha what up fellas... been busy getting my wife pregnant, then working my butt off, and then having too much fun getting ready for having a kid - pebble, desert guys trip and a bunch more.

 

now I'm making some last minute purchases before the wife says my money isn't mine anymore ;-) lol (actually, she's amazing and I'm pretty sure she'd never do that)

 

so, I bought the Chinese Randomness!!! Can't wait to see it in person.

Also might pick up a comocome at some point and a custom headcover for whichever putter I keep as a gamer. Will post up pics of the new flat sticks soon.

foz - thanks for the reminder! actually - I thought I needed a mallet cover - but both putters are smaller than I envisioned in my head and both came with blade style covers - so now my options just opened up to insanity...

 

guess I can spend another 4 hours shopping more head covers!
