I just wanted to announce that like Tiger I will not be competing in this year's Master's tournament due to a bad back.

 

I will have a different excuse next year but this year it's the back.  The honey do list on Sunday did me in.

I told my wife last night that my golf game is rounding into shape since Tiger and I have the same odds of winning the Master's this year!

With Tiger(Nike) backing out of competition for the foreseeable future, I have sold all my Nike clubs........... :mad:  :mad:  :mad:

And this is what I get for starting a thread on a mobile device to boot!  I had a good physical therapy appointment today at least.  Hoping to be hitting full shots next week or perhaps at least drinking full shots. :)

Laughing tears streaming down my face. I had to turn down my invitation due to the fact my 2 old antique cars won't make it past Columbia SC and I am broke and don't have gas money anyhow but my back is in good shape

Hey Rev drinking the full shots may help with the pain of hitting the full shots but I am not a doctor but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night and watched the doctors on the Golf Channel

I contacted the masters committee again since I didn't receive my invitation for the 15th year in a row, and they told me that it was on the mail. What, they couldn't email it to me, I mean, who uses USPS anymore.

Send him on. I guess he is the one that is on the nuc sub right? On another note I had a nuclear sub moment on the soundboard this morning at church internal short on 2 channels

I wish I had opted for Westy's strategy here and waited to withdraw - drats!

 

Yes Big Stu this is the Nuke - he's slated to teach applied nuclear physics after his next sea tour.  I could just imagine he and x getting together to debate the physics of ball flight.  BTW when he was in High School he ran the sound and video booth at church.  When I was in Sheboygan we would video or services for cable.  Onetime he super imposed the face of the other pastor there onto one of the angels in the chancel - so he had my partner Tim smiling at himself while he was preaching.

 

I think the Navy was a good move for that kid. :)

I know you told me one time on here that your son said that running a nuclear sub was easier than running the sound board at church. That little trick with the other pastor's face on the angel is hilarious sounds like something our youth pastor and myself would pull off he runs the video with me on the services I work
