i stumbled upon a video showing this training product and i sudenly realized that i had this and the video talked about using this as a tempo trainer as well.

 

Well, i went into the garage and about an hour of digging through boxes, i found it.

Stood the test of time is right, I remember seeing something similar 20+ years ago. Looks like a great combo tool for adding resistance to your swing and helping to feel the tempo.

 

Let us know if you notice it helping!

I had one of these about 20 years ago. Really a good swing resistance vs weighted club.
