2019 rule changes

Guys

Would like your opinion on this

I was thinking that since most of us have our phones with us while golfing and we are usually on MGS.. would it make sense to have a dedicated section  for the rule changes that we can easily  refer to?

The R&A printed a pocket size one, available free to anyone. Slip a copy in your bag

USGA has an app (at least for iPhones) on the 2019 rules. Included is a Players version, which is abbreviated version.
