I am grateful he shared his story, and I am humbled to to join him in a toast to all of them as we begin our Memorial Day remembrances. It's 12 yards X 70 yards. We did the whole thing in 4.5 hours. Onions, potatoes, red beets, 5 varieties of peppers, corn, cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, cucumbers, green beans and cantaloupe. I think we went through 2 cases of beer...lol. That's a huge garden! We used to have one almost that large at our parsonage in Indiana. Big issues with deer though. If you haven't tried any of the many Kona Brewing suds, man have you been missing out! "Discovered" them about 3 or so years ago and most of their varietys are just so...SO damn good! A well maintained fence and a Winchester .218 Bee. I bought him a nice pellet rifle when the neighborhood started to fill in with more houses.
