What Brands Or Clubs Are You Most Excited About in 2025?

Recommended Posts

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the new Mizuno JPX925 line. I just got the 923 HMP's and am enjoying them. So the new 925 line will have my attention.

I'm also looking forward to the new Titleist T-series irons. They took a really good leap forward with their current line-up, so I'm expecting a great series next year.

PXG's Gen7 and Black Ops irons (0211 replacement) will also have my attention. They're due technically this fall, but I'll call them 2025. 🙂

I think the DTC's are going to really be the big drivers in 2025. They've made great strides each of the last few years, and I think 2025 will be a huge year form all of them.

I'd like to see more brands offer higher lofted fairway woods. Most now have a 7, but I'd like to also see 9 woods. I currently use a Cobra F9 ladies 9W head on a fitted shaft, but it would be nice to get rid of the pink colorway.

Im looking forward to some upgrades in the shot tracking world. Specifically I want to see if Shot Scope gets a more expensive watch and upgrades their app. I am using Arrcos right now but I want a dedicated wearable to go along with it. If Arrcos does that then great, but otherwise I want a little better dependability out of Shot Scope because from what the reviews show, it lacks just a lil bit.

I am excited for the expansion of the mini-driver category! Hoping that PXG comes out with theirs and its at a reasonable price. Sub $300 would be fantastic, Sub $250 would make me buy it new instead of waiting.

I think as these Bigger DTC companies grow, the prices will too. What a set from a big brand was 2 years ago, will be the new pricing for them.  Just under the threshold of reasonable, but still high priced.

It's already happened. All of the big ones (NLG, Sub70, Haywood, Takomo) have already raised prices. Some more than others.

As others have already stated, I am looking forward to more companies coming out with 9 woods. You see more pro's carrying them, why can't we get some other than MacGregor(Please, Sub70, Please)?

Also, hope to see the next generation of the Garmin R10 as other companies seem to be passing them up.

I'm most interested in seeing any new developments from Mizuno, specifically the JPZ 923 Hot Metal line, PING's next iteration of the G430 line and Titleist T350 line. I'm not really interested in anything in Drivers, Fairway woods or Hybrids as I'm set and satisfied with the PING G430 lineup I'm currently using.

Mainly looking at irons. Mizuno, Titleist, and callaway have my eye for next years release. Outside of that it would be cool to see what other companies try and break into the mini driver space with actual retail releases

After seeing Bettinardi launch their first sets of irons I’m excited to see if they will develop these or even move in to expanding the offering to include driving irons, hybrids and woods?

I currently use Bettinardi wedges and I think it would take a lot to move me away from these now.

This came up during our community call last night, but what clubs are you eager to see in 2025? Do you think there will be any groundbreaking technology? Anything wild or crazy that we could have never seen coming or will it be pretty standard with a slow progression of this years equipment being tweaked to make it just a little bit better?

Is there a brand you are most excited for?

Let us know!

Sub70's new driver and possibly TA3 CB irons.  Also interested in what PXG brings out to replace the excellent 0211 xcor2 irons.

There is always room for a surprise, but I am so much betting that next year is going to be another year of just moving the needle a little bit that I'll make a major purchase later in the year without waiting.   I really don't see seismic changes until the ball roll back finally arrives.

I’m more so looking forward to some of the new smaller company’s. More so, Takomo and if they will come out with every type of club, and if they will stay as affordable as they are currently.

I'm expecting Takomo will keep the low price based clubs for the coming 3 years, though if Takomo is gonna gain popularity in the years to come and getting more pro's using Takomo, price will rise eventually. Even so hoping the price will be kept under the price range of the better known brands.

Titleist hit a home run with its 2023 T-Series iron lineup.

It was a massive improvement over the 2021 models according to many YouTube reviews.

I'm curious to see if they can top that.

Most of the T350 buyers, apparent, don't buy the 4-iron.  One of our guys at the club says that it's worth adding to the set as a driving iron, however.  He's a fourteen who can hit it 200 up the middle time after time.

To those of us who don't play from the tips, that' a legitimate tight holes driving iron.

I'm curious to see if they can improve on the U505 "bespoke" driving iron which is apparently one of the highest hitting long irons ever.

I'll be interested to see how Wilson continues to develop their driver and woods lineup. I'm not sure what, if anything, they have planned in 2025 in this regard. Wilson Staff clubs comprise ~85% of my bag (irons and wedges) but current offerings have yet to crack the lineup. The Dynapower carbon is intriguing, but I still think they're one to two versions away from competing with the Rogue ST Max LS I currently use, let alone the Ping G400 Max I occasionally pull off the bench.

Oddly enough, the DTC MacGregor irons have caught my interest as of late. I don't see these replacing my current gamers, but the MT-86 Pros and the MT Milled clubs might make for a good backup/travel set (I've heard of more than one "lost" club stories on flights). Plus, MacGregor was popular when I was a kid growing up in the 80's so there's some sentimental value to be had. Hopefully they can stick around and continue to develop on their consumer-friendly offerings.

The impending 2025 Titleist Ball Refresh, and maybe a Maxfli Tour refresh as well. For someone looking at new Left Dash or new Tour S, it's interesting to hold right now and see what may be coming.

Also with the look of irons and wedges maybe the next change to the bag I assume Srixon is bringing a MK3 and some JPX925 stuff, as well as other stuff. Should be a fun 2025
