Benefit for a good cause

Would any of my fellow Upper Midwest golfers be willing to play (and pay) in a tournament for a good cause? Any monies left over will be donated to Veterans on the Lake Resort in northern Minnesota. It is a full access Resort geared towards veterans, the disabled, and their families. The resort itself is a nonprofit organization so you don't have to worry about your money going to pad someone else's pocket. There could be door prizes, and your standard prizes for a long drive, closest to the pin, et cetera.

Just trying to find a way to raise money for a place I love, trying to guage interest...

I really don't know at this time - just seeing if I can get a ball rolling. It wouldn't be until next summer at the earliest... I have not organized anything like this, so I am really trying to gauge interest, maybe get some pointers/suggestions, etc. Any and all help and advice would be much appreciated!
