Oh and BTW speaking of Christmas. The Hallmark channel, which my wife is addicted to and Walmart have ruined Christmas for me years ago. All I hear at home are carols coming from Christmas shows she's watching from early October through January. I can't even get away from it at Walmart. They started playing Christmas carols the end of September this year. Bah Humbug. You beat me to it. I was thinking an extra section to sell toilet paper and it (no pun intended), got wiped out. I'll second the dislike for Christmas music, I worked 4 years in retail before getting my current job. It was a home decor store that relied heavily on Christmas sales and they put inventory out in August, started the music in early November, and didn't turn it off until the second week of January. Rickp
We purchased a Condo years ago in Surfside Beach in MB. It was the plan to rent it and use it ourselves occasionally and we had a local mgt co take care of it, right. The short term golfers trashed it a more than a few times. So we went with a yearly lease w people that had to live there not sublet that didn’t go well either. If they don’t own it they don’t care about it.Finally sold it as we were too many years from retirement.
