GolfCard for iPhone and Android

Anyone else use this? I spent some time last year playing with different golf apps for the iPhone, both free and paid, and I found that GolfCard is one of the best for my game. I've tried a few different Range Finder apps without success, but I think that's because the satellite signal isn't that great and it takes too long to get distances, it seems they also drain the battery pretty quick. I'm using a 3G.

 

BUT, what I love about GolfCard is that is syncs my scorecard with the oob website which is great for tracking my rounds. Over the year I tracked every round I played, and when I remembered I was able to track GIR, putts, and fairways. Then when I get home, I sync and can compare to previous rounds.

 

There are other scorecard apps out there which I like, but Golfcard is the one I will be using this year...

I have GolfCard on my Droid. Its still cold here so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. There were several courses in my area that I play that weren't mapped. That might keep it from totally replacing my Skycaddie 2.5...

IS it really only $10 for a GPS rangefinder?? Does it work? How big is the course library?

I haven't actually taken it on the course but I figure for $10 there isn't much to lose and a lot to gain.

 

Give me some of the main courses you play and I will plug them in to see if they are mapped.
