Great pictures - can’t believe that’s the same course that I played in the 70’s. What made it tough then was how firm it was and the lack of rough until you hit the fescue - imagine nothing to stop the balm from running down those hills when you missed a green. :(

Really nice pics.   It just looks like a brute of a golf course.  
Will they keep the rough up like that, or will they cut it down now that the PGA has passed.  


From what their Super told me they are going to keep it like this as long as they can. All depends on weather and rain.

There were several shots that I yelled miss big, miss really big. Better being 50 yards offline on most shots.
