in my experience, if you add something to your cart, wait a day or two they will email you a coupon code you can use for free shipping.

If you call in and talk to a rep, ask them if you can get free shipping. I've never paid for it. I have always done it this way. They make it super easy. I've always made purchases over $100, if you do the same I don't see why they would say no.
