This is all dependent on what the fitter would recommend but think I would go with:

The closer the announcement gets, the mood excited I am. Since I've been here, the Cobra challenge has been the most fun thing every year we've had it. The member participation in that thread is always through the roof. With this year marking Cobra's 50th anniversary, I can only imagine what y'all have in store for the participants.

Let's be honest fellas.  Rob doesn't need a burner.  Waiting to be selected and then order the clubs would take wayyyyyy too long for him.  He's already got a full set sitting in his office waiting for the plastic to be taken off.

We keep getting more applications it may have to be pushed back the other way! Too many amazing candidates and it's going to be hell narrowing it down.

Those Aerojets are nice looking clubs!  Honestly I've never been that attracted to Cobra clubs but this new line may make me change my mind.

Plastic has already been taken off, clubs have been tried, and he has moved on to his next set.

That topic covers the basic requirements necessary to be selected as a tester.  You’ve been a member since 2015 and  pretty much all of your posts are contests and applying to be a tester.  Additionally you don’t have a profile picture which according to the thread I posted is one of the first things looked at.   
 

so my advice is jump in and contribute to the forum as an active member which will significantly improve your chances of being selected!

Which is better odds than me…….but I didn’t apply for the test.    
 

however, I am eager to see what is in store for the testers and how they like the products.    I will say, this years Cobra releases are really good and we’re some of my favorites during most wanted testing.

TXG started their driver bracket challenge yesterday, with the video featuring the Wilson Dynapwr, PXG 0311 Gen6 and....the Cobra Aerojet LS! I'll let you watch the video to find out the results of round one!

I love Ian, Matt, and the TXG guys! They were a blast to work with when I sent them some wedges for testing. Weird not seeing Ian in the video but I think he's at Bay Hill for a few days.

Decisions decisions…that’s where I’d have to make some hard choices as well (another FW? Utility iron?).  I've said it before, but its really a fun exercise!

I used to be a staff writer/reviewer for Golfballed.com, a different golf forum that has now become just a social media content creation type of platform and no longer has a forum. During my time there I was lucky enough to attend the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando a few times and met a ton of people in the golf industry. To keep this thread about Cobra only I'll just say that one of the people I met is still in the industry and I reached out to Ian for his help on doing a review.  I only know them on a professional basis but Ian has always been a nice guy and is as smart as they come when it comes to club fitting. I'm happy to explain it better elsewhere!
