Got all excited this morning when a FedEx text came through on my phone (yes, I signed up for text alerts ) but it was just a notificaiton that the golf balls I ordered for SWMBO are being delivered today. Good for her, disappointing for my hopes of a club delivery being started.

From the sound of things, your experience was normal and mine was more of the outlier.  Again, not that mine was bad, per se, but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting.

Bag's all set for its maiden voyage.  Weird using a cart bag versus my usual stand bag; I keep trying to tip it over

I need to get mine set up, as well! Going to try to after work before we go out today, but it'll be tight. Otherwise it will debut next week for my Tuesday league. Looks great, Jerry!

That's the worst! I got a random text this morning that I had a package out for delivery and was all excited that it was my new putter (not sure why, it's estimated 3-4 weeks from now) and was let down to find out it's a pair of shoes I forgot I ordered haha.

Oh for sure! I have a few golf related things on their way right now and the only thing I was actively tracking daily was the putter. Haha!

Wooooooooo boy! The red, white and blue colorway is TOUGH to beat. My Org 14 is the USA edition bag and I absolutely love it. That is so clean looking, @CFreddie! The white stand legs are sick, too!

The excitement is building! I'm getting the feeling of a kid at Christmas again. I'm going to have to check the specs on the boxes and see if I can make a guess as to what's coming.

Oh my indeed!!! Can’t wait to hear what you come back with - I’m guessing we should start seeing similar shipments soon!

It's a two piece delivery, one package is 8 lbs and the other is 7.5. I couldn't find box sizes just yet and I guess I'll continue to obsess over it and see if the finer details show up.

I also want to say, I enjoyed the unboxing video. They do pack those bags in the box tight. I don't think either of us had as easy of a time getting them out of the box as @Jnoble89, has to be his height and the leverage he gets.

8lbs and 7.5 lbs makes me want to say irons and woods…the speculation is truly endless. Could also be wedges/putter and irons. I am tremendously excited for you and hoping I see something hit mine tomorrow!

My name is Jason Bentley, I'm married to the most amazing woman who is so supportive of my golf addiction. I live in Southeast Tennessee and play most of my rounds at Flagstone Golf Course in Cleveland. I’m a high handicap golfer and as you can guess from my screen name, I make the purest contact with the ground.

I started playing after high school and was gifted my first set by my brother who picked them up at a yard sale. The $10 set he bought consisted of wood woods and every other iron. I stopped playing in the early 2000’s and didn’t take the game back up for close to 10 years. It has now become the only hobby I have and after joining the forum, has almost become an obsession.

I’m excited for this competition since it’s not your typical review, we’ll be facing specific challenges put forth by the mods. My mind is racing in an attempt to guess what curves they are going to throw at us.

I think Cobra doesn't get the love it deserves from casual golfers, they are not afraid to innovate and step outside the norm with their dedication to one length clubs and 3D printed putters. I honestly believe anyone looking to buy new clubs should include Cobra in their fitting.

I expect nothing but performance from the clubs I’m being fit into, I have and currently play Cobra clubs. I had a set of F8 irons for years until I replaced them with my current set of Mizuno JPX 921 Forged. I still carry F9 fairways in the bag and love the sound, feel, and performance they provide.

I’ll be judging every club in the bag based solely on performance and whether they make me a better golfer. Can I hit longer and straighter? Am I hitting more greens? Am I able to scare the occasional par 5 in 2? These are the questions I’ll be wanting answers to if these clubs are going to continue with me on my journey to become a better golfer.

All that’s left for me to say is let’s get it on!
