Hockey stick drill 👍

I saw this in person at this man’s academy.And everyone immediately improving after this.It must be the split hand placement that does the amazing changes using it;However, it was quite amazing how each of us would sync up our swings using this so quickly.If I could get exactly looking how I do this drill I would be very pleased.Anyone else dabble in this type of drill?

Yes and the split grip drill with the club is great for training the swing.

They force you to use the the body and get the proper pressure shifts. Trying using a hockey stick and swing how you normally do and you will feel how awkward it is.

Great to hear from you Ricky.Yes, it’s a feel drill for sure.But a real positive feel drill for anyone.Still would be great to look some what like what this drill forces you to do when doing a split grip. My body would be pivoted like I never pivoted before in full motion

It’s a great warm up drill.And perfect for waiting between shots as well.
