Help Rangefinder/GPS

Kind of new to the idea of rangefinder/gps idea, here is my predicament, through work we get reward points. I need to use them today and was trying to make a decision on what route to go. I am good with clubs, I would like to get something I will use but if none of these options are favorably then I will stock up on golf balls.

My options are:

Callaway 300

Tom Tom Golfer GPS watch

Leupold pin caddie2

Callaway versa gps

Garmin approach s2

Can also get a Zepp golf kit.

Thanks for everyone's input.

I'm a supporter of rangefinders since I got one. For GPS I use the GolfLogix app on my phone when I'm playing new courses that I'm not familiar with so that I can see the entire layout of the hole and distances to hazards, etc.

If you can get a good deal on one of the rangefinders with your rewards points, it would probably be worth it.

Go with the watch, easy to use and lots of info. In a perfect world you would have GPS and a range finder. But I would start with GPS unless you are a lower single digit guy.

What a great dilemma to have. Let us know what you select and how you like it.

Taylor Made Stealth 2 10.5 Diamana S plus 60  Aldila  R flex   - 42.25 inches

SMT 4 wood bassara R flex, four wood head, 3 wood shaft

Ping G410 7, 9 wood  Alta 65 R flex

Srixon ZX5 MK II  5-GW - UST recoil Dart 65 R flex

India 52,56 (60 pending)  UST recoil 75's R flex

Evon roll ER 5 32 inches

It's our offseason so auditioning candidates - looking for that right mix of low spin long, more spin around the greens - TBD

I am gonna vote for the Garmin S2 Watch.  Seems to be the best option of the bunch. I like the Leupold Lasers, but the PinCaddie 2 is not my fave.

Good Luck!

I skipped out on the stuff they offered. Too a slight hit to get a gift card so I can do my research and get what I want. Not sure what I want yet but $$ difference I couldn't see getting the s2 when looking at features of s4 or s5. I appreciate the responses and will let y'all know what I end up with.

Just remember more features often means more difficult to use! I have an earlier Garmin watch and it couldn't be simpler.

FWIW, I just use a free phone app GPS along with a Bushnell "pinseeker" range finder when I get within scoring distance.  I try to keep it simple and generally don't even use the GPS on courses I'm familiar with.

I vote for a range finder.
