Bought 4 more so I can give them as gifts to some buddies. I’m giving one to my friend who invited me to Mesquite NV for the 8 day golf extravaganza!

I just bought a HZRDUS red 60 gram driver shaft (actual weight 59g) with a ping adapter tip on FB Marketplace for $60. My plan is to cut it down a half inch to be just a tad longer than my 3W HZRDUS shaft. 
 

I’ve hit a shorter shaft in fittings before and like that it brings my dispersion tighter but I don’t lose TOO much distance. The plan is to keep my Tensei Orange 60g shaft (actual weight 68.5g) for longer courses or when I’m just feeling overly confident in my driver play.

Not a purchase, but my pro signed me up for a Callaway ball fitting at our local Top Golf.  I got fit into the new Chrome Tour 24.  I’m an old guy and I picked up 10 mph in ball speed and more spin around the greens.  The hats were an added bonus!!   Anxious to get these on the course.

I’m looking at getting a new shaft for my Mizuno FliHi 3i. It currently has a HZRDUS Black shaft and was thinking of going with a Ventus blue or black. Do they make Ventus shafts that would work for this?

Titleist offers both Ventus Blue and Black for their Utility build irons, so that likely means you have options in the after market. Looks like Mizuno lists a couple Blues on their site too. Titleist:

Nice find. Hadn’t looked at their website. Do you think those are hybrid club shafts versus 5 wood or 7 wood shafts?

Graphite Design makes a nice driving iron shaft, got mine for around $100 online.

Christmas and Birthday funds saved up and went towards iron/hybrid section of my bag. 
PXG fitting was OUTSTANDING; 7i-PW in the Gen6 P's, 1/2 inch longer, 2 degrees of loft weaker, 2grams lighter in main head weight, KBS MAX graphite shafts, GolfPride Tour Velvet midsize grips. Also got the 25 & 28 degree Gen6XF hybrid (Project X Cypher shafts) to replace 5 & 6 irons. And yes, you are correct, I have no speed so need help with launch!
My ball of choice is Pro V1x, recommended by the PXG fitter due to my low launch/spin (previously playing Pro V1). 

The above replaced Ping G410 6-PW black dot with DG 105 R300 shafts which were an eBay 'guess', and not a successful one! 

My wife had a total hip replacement 4 days ago so I'm playing nurse at the moment, but hoping to get out with them at some point in the next few weeks

Jumping on the Cobra 5 hybrid bandwagon. Going to park my 5 iron for a while and see how this goes.
A lil beat up but it had the right shaft and seemed to fit that gap I was looking for pretty well...

 

I kept looking at these waiting for them to drop to 30 since they've been stuck at 34.99 for a while but I had a 10.00 bonus from Dick's so I picked them up for 25

Came yesterday in record time. But picked up a 2021 Gen4 2 hybrid from PXG. They're running their "while supplies last" sale on the site for some older gen clubs. Gonna try my hand at a review to see if I made the right call. Either way it looks great.

I have a few of the older gen Fli-Hi's and I absolutely love them. I'm running long iron steel shafts in mine. Might have to look at going graphite

I love mine but I've never liked the feel of the HZRDUS shaft. Had one in a driver too that I got rid of for the Ventus Blue. Alos like the Tensei White as well so might look into that option.

They're Hybrid -- look specifically for the Ventus HB: https://fujikuragolf.com/hybrids/ventus-hybrid?v=f24485ae434a  I was gonna say I don't know anything about the tips to fit your specific club, but that link addresses it (specifically calls out something for club builders to fit it into long irons -- I only do grips, leave the real building up to the professionals). What's fun about finding this latest link...Titleist's upcharge is $225, but MSRP is only $200 (others don't have that same price discrepancy, like the Graphite Designs I use in my long irons are MSRP $290, Titleist upcharge $130 -- it's a wild pricing game across this industry). 

Now...why did I know so quickly that Titleist had this option?? Maybe you'll find out tonight what's waiting on my doorstep right now   (preview: it's not a Ventus, but I did see it along the way).

First post on here guys and girls so learning how everything works! I’m in the U.K. and recently picked up the Mizuno STG Driver and Fairway actually as a sweepstake prize. I game a Paradym triple diamond driver that I really really like so, my friend has the STG driver a 4 handicap and loves it, replaced his Stealth. 
I had a Callaway epic flash in the bag for a few years and have always been a fan of callaway woods. I really think Mizuno have got it right with these fairways , sound feel spin has really been such a fantastic fit for me and such a good looking clean classic looking club at address. Highly recommend checking these out if you’re in the market for a fairway!!

Well, the newest addition to my T200 Utility collection showed up today. Picked up a '23 T200 2-iron (17 deg) to use alongside the '21 3-4 irons - thought is to replace the '21 U505 1 iron (16 deg) because I've just been liking the 200 better, but might just end up with options. Same Tour AD-IZ 95x shaft as the others, and opted for the almost-matching Iomic Sticky grip to start. Included some side-by-sides to show the differences.

And top to bottom 1-3 (new one is in the middle):

Dang insomnia had me browsing Amazon at 0330. Nothing in particular,  then these popped up in "things you may be interested in" I had a $10 amazon credit, they were in my size, and they are now on the way for $26

I’m curious what you think about Temu. Was it worth it? Or are you still waiting on the order?

My guess is that it gets here right on the 6th.

There are probably ways to get it delivered faster but the shipping was free. I'll post an update when I get it.

Any update on when the most wanted driver 2024 article will be out? Looking to buy a new driver soon and just wanted to read it before going to get fitted.
